Pebble Doesn't Break Off Far From The Stone With New Hire On The Mississippi Coast

The coaching carousel on the MS Gulf Coast continues as the sixth new head coach for the 2011 season was just announced with Stone's hiring of one of their own in former Tomcat QB Adam Stone, who had been serving as the school's Assistant Principal.  Yes, I think it is highly ironic that Stone County's new coach is also named Stone.  Here is the article from James Jones of the Sun Herald:

Stone High recently hired its new football coach.
The Tomcats named Adam Stone to succeed Brian Oakes, who resigned to become an assistant coach at Hinds Community College.
Stone is a former Tomcats quarterback and was the assistant Principal at Stone High. He also helped coached at Stone Middle School.
“I’m excited about being coach here because this is where I am from,” Stone said. “It’s a dream come true for me.”
