Biloxi, the Region 4-6A champion, gained three of the top individual honors as the Region 4-6 football team was announced.
Biloxi quarterback Jaylen Woullard was named the Region 4-6A Most Valuable Player while Biloxi’s John Shannon was named Coach of the Year.
