No matter the circumstances, the Milton-Pace football game always is a momentous occasion.
It's just one of those rivalries that stands out — one which doesn't need any added motivation to make it exciting.
But during those moments when there's a playoff spot riding on the outcome, it takes on a whole new meaning.
"There's definitely a buzz in the community during the Pace week," Milton coach Chafan Marsh said. "There's always a buzz when Milton and Pace play. But this is the first time in a while that it's had playoff implications.
